  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

    1. To create menu for dessert particularly chocolate based desserts

    2. Must know to excercise quality control so products are consitent and of high quality

    3. Must be able to train and supervise workers on how to operate equipment according to proper sanitation and safety standards on continuous basis

    JOB QUALIFICATION:

    1. With atleast 3-5 years practical experience in baking in a Hotel, Restaurant, or any related industry

    2. Preferably College Graduate with related course but not necessary
