    Analyse and monitor diesel consumption every trip and analyses consumption thru partnered fleet card

    Investigate and resolves discrepancies and issues with regards to liquidation.


    Process, file and coordinates summary of payroll reports, responding to query requests and gathering and analysing payroll data.

    Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data. Also resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.

    Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

    Prepares payslip distribution

    Administrative Task

    In charge of processing and monitoring of revolving fund of trucks (vs trip)

    Submits and validates new hire bank forms to partnered bank and monitors the release of ATM cards

    To perform other duties and tasks that are required and assigned.
