  • The HRA – Payroll Specialist is heavily involved in the end to end payroll processing following an approved policies and processes.
    The HRA – Payroll Specialist will also support the objectives of other HR teams, such as Employee Relations, Business Partner, Payroll, Legal, and Recruiting.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    Payroll Processing for Active and Inactive employees (Including additions, deductions and loans)
    Government Remittances (Payment and Posting) and related report.
    Attend to employees payroll related inquiries/Customer Service/Orientation.
    Adhoc Reports as needed.
    Ensures reports are accurate and disbursed in a timely manner.
    Process manual checks
    Ensure on time payment and posting of Government mandatory contributions both premiums and loan.
    Ensures resolution of customer requests, queries and complaints in order to provide a high level of customer service necessary to support the achievement of defined team and company goals
    Performs other related functions as required by superior or authorized representatives.
    Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.
    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
    Experience working in a BPO set up is a plus/preferred.
