  • This position shall assist the Payroll Lead in administering and managing the payroll function for REPH.

    Responsibilities:
    • Consolidate and validate all payroll inputs from HR and other departments
    • Review and finalize payroll reports
    • Calculate and/or review and process final pay of separated employees
    • Calculate retirement contributions and book accrual
    • Process and reconcile pension benefit payments
    • Review and reconcile compensation taxes, social contributions and loans and ensure regulatory compliance
    with such
    • Work closely with payroll vendor on all matters relating to payroll processing and reporting
    • Ensure compliance with all payroll related reporting
    • Prepare all necessary payroll entries
    • Identify opportunities and initiate action for continuous improvement
    • Assist in other finance/accounting/payroll functions as may be assigned

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree holder: Accountancy Graduate or BS Math, preferred but not required
    • At least 2-3 years extensive payroll related experience
    • Experienced in MNC, BPO or in a fast-paced work environment
    • Has handled at least 1000 FTEs
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
    • Strong knowledge of labor and tax laws on payroll related matters
    • Basic knowledge of tax and other regulatory requirements
