  • Responsibilities:

    - Checking and encoding of electronic technical description for individual titles

    - Preparing documents for HLURB compliances (affidavit of completion, affidavit of accountability, secretary certificate, deed of donation, etc.)

    - Processing different real estate documents and/or different transactions with local government and national agencies involving but not limited to Development Permits and Licenses to Sell


    - Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent courses

    - Experience in a real estate industry specialized in processing Permits & Licenses is required

    - Highly-organized and trustworthy

    - Must be knowledgeable with coordinating to different government agencies
