  • This is a Role as a Marketing Analyst and Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director

    (MD) across a group of companies in a variety of financial industries including Real Estate,

    Financial Investment and Hedge Fund Management. Dedication and availability to work are

    the most important qualities we are looking for. There are a wide variety of tasks that the MD

    requires help with including:

     Internet research etc.

     Manage Managing Director's diary including reminding him about:

    o upcoming deadlines

    o payments required to be made

    o email responses required

    o calls to be returned

    o events to attend

     Make and receive calls to/from suppliers, vendors, business associates, bank

    relationship managers to obtain information pertinent to the business

     Maintain good relationships with suppliers, vendors, business associates

     Assist in the UK real estate business by being the contact person representing the

    MD during UK business hours

    This job is for applicants who can work 15 hours a week.


     Minimum Bachelors in relevant field

     Fluent in English, especially conversationally

     Ideally native English first-language

     Able to make VOIP calls e.g. Skype

     Pleasant phone personality

     Time management

     Strong research skills

     Able to work independently

     Possess a dogged persistence in solving business problems, e.g.:

    o Refusing to accept "No" for an answer when dealing with reluctant


    o Able to think creatively about how to get around problem constraints by

    trying different approaches

     Experience with ClickUp and Google Calendar

     Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of private information

     Ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines

     Able to work UK Business hours (2 to 3 hours each day including weekends)

     Good Excel skills

     Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Calendar, Evernote and Slack.

     Capable of performing accurate and high- quality research

     Knowledgeable in generating leads

     Has assistance experience
