-Graduate of any 4 - year Business Management, Engineering or related field

-At least 2 years experience in managing production processes

-Experience in feedmill operation is required and an advantage

-With strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Excellent in planning and organizational skills

-Strong leadership and communication skills
