Offer description

1. Responsible in preparation and monitoring of daily, weekly or monthly production schedule to ensure that the production deadlines.

2. Responsible for securing the warehouse as well as supervising staff.

Production Planning

1. Prepare monthly production and planning.

2. In-charge in material forecast and daily ordering.

3. Monitoring the standards stock days of parts (Plan vs. Actual)

4, Maintain the standard stock days of parts in order to avoid delivery delays.

5. Preparation, checking and monitoring of sales report and quotations.

6. Responsible for addressing customer request and concerns.

Warehousing

1. Overseas and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing, managing inventory levels ensuring the efficient processes, supervising staff and maximize warehouse productivity.

2. Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.

3, Performs and implement 5S in area of responsibility.

4. Perform task that may assigned from time to time. .

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Open Office
