Roles and Responsibilities

Price List Management:

- Maintain and review the consistency of Reward’s national price list, including Website, Stores, and the price list for our Sales team

- Develop a pricing benchmark against our competitors by category, using materials provided by Reward’s sales teams, the information provided by category managers, suppliers, and online benchmarks

- Prepare and suggest national price reviews and related communication to the sales teams and customers

- Prepare promotional campaigns including pricing in coordination with Category Managers, Sales Teams, and Marketing Manager

Pricing Analysis and Support for Sales:

- Analyze and review price points offered to customers/market segments and recommend reviews to the Sales Directors

Support the sales team in special project pricing and approve quotes and low prices whenever deemed relevant

- Suggest and recommend GP% optimization strategy to the Senior Management team

Data Management:

- Audit and review the product database to ensure proper maintenance including but not limited to product costings, pack quantities, classification, and sell price.

- Ensure regular maintenance and enrichment of data in collaboration with our Sales, Accounts, Marketing, and Category teams

- Liaise with the Procurement team and Inventory Management team to develop regular Inventory Database reviews and develop processes to ensure compliance and efficiency

A Successful Candidate Must Have

- 2 years of similar experience in pricing and data analysis

- High attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of data (alpha and numerical)

- Strong organization skills to manage deadlines

- Knowledge and experience in the hospitality and catering industry
