Offer description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generate project timing plan to manage production trial/process validation activities of APQP, PCN, DCN project
2. Conduct meeting to report / follow up the progress and result of APQP, PCN DCN, projects
3.Create trial condition for process validation, decide the set up and check on-site implementation
4. Verify or conduct education and training to production operators.
5. Coordinate with person-in-charge or procurement of necessary equipment, toolings / jigs needed to establish the process related to APQP, PCN, DCN projects
6. Establish / review / revise / and organize project documentation such as Control plan, FMEA, Process flow chart, Process work instruction, and other related documentation
7. Gather technical information and generate technical documents.
8. Conduct education and training to subordinates
9. Monitor work condition and progress of timing plan in order to anticipate problem that will affect targets and goals
10. Prepare / report monthly progress team KPI (Key Process Indicator) and personal targets
11. Identify process improvement that lead to cost savings or revenue enhancement opportunities
12.Supports in the implementation of company rules and regulations and its program

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• Language(s): English
