Offer description

1. Constantly looks for ways of improving existing processes and procedures in manufacturing to improve product quality, reduce material wastes, increase labor productivity and machine efficiency and improve safety.

2. Must know how to read and interpret molding parameter, ability to adjust, validate molding condition and parameter.

3. Monitors and reviews the process performance indices to established good controls to maintain process performance.

4. Handles Production new equipment and new processes form proposal until turn-over for mass production or regular operations including creation of necessary production- related documentation. SOPs, WIs and forms.

5. Updates Production documents such s SOPs, WIs and forms as needed and conducts orientation.

6. Updates Production standards such as target output, manpower compliment, waste allowance, bulk staging etc.

7. Monitors compliance of production wastes within allowable units.

8. Provides rate speed and manpower complement for service requests ( Cycle time & monitoring, Improvement of Operations)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor Graduate preferably any engineering course

With atleast 2 years experience in the same field.

Computer savvy.

Analytical and with people handling skills.
