  • Roles and Responsibilities:

    Responsible for examining and realigning processes and workflows, through the use of technology,

    process reinvention and program alignment to support change that achieves new value proposition.

    Finding ways and providing methodologies of further improving quality, efficiency, workflow and

    rationality in manpower requirements of the company.

    Designs and proposes the most efficient and effective process-centered operating models for the

    various areas of the company.

    Qualifications:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business

    Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

    Required skill(s): MS Excel, Visio.

    At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Must be willing to be assigned in Ayala Ave., Makati

    With excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    With very good presentation and coordination skills.

    Background in insurance is an advantage but not required
