  • We are in need of a Process Transformation Manager for a software development and consultancy company that provides software solutions for various industries here in the Philippines. The company takes pride in working closely with the customers to identify their needs and the best way to address them through software.


    • Process Analysis and Improvement

    • Change Management and Strategy


    The position requires a thorough understanding of business processes and outcomes, as well as the ability to

    identify potential areas for improvement within an organization.

    • Engage directly with project teams to document current state process maps and procedures inclusive

    of required variations due to legal or contractual requirements.

    • Facilitate teams through a process mapping workshop to develop an optimized future state

    experience and design.

    • Identify and define the key performance metrics for a process.

    • Create the future state design incorporating technological enhancements, mistake proofing and

    failure proofing concepts.

    • Work collaboratively with senior functional business leaders, program managers, subject matter

    experts and frontline team members across the organization, to build business and functional


    • Able to document processes and convey them in an easy to use format to increase process adoption

    of the future state.

    • Communicate and train the future state processes to operators and users of the new processes.

    • Complete all other assigned duties.


    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or equivalent.

    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Process Management, Project Management, Quality

    Management, or related field is required for this position.

    • Have knowledge of continuous improvement disciplines (i.e. Lean Six Sigma) with practical

    application experience, in order to show measurable improvements to process performance, cost

    reduction and improved customer satisfaction

    • Experience in the development of training and communicating process changes to an organization

    • Must have the following skills: Domain Knowledge, Problem Solving, Communication, Documentation

    and Presentation, Estimation
