  • Job description

    I. General /Primary Purpose

    This position is primarily responsible for providing support to the company by monitoring of clients requirements and request letters, facilitating contract signing with clients, and data encoding.

    II. Essential Functions

    1. Collate and prepare accounts for submission to hdmf financing for quarterly commitment. (CONTACT CLIENTS/ACQUIRE LOAN REQUIRMENTS/CONTRACT SIGNING/LOAN QUERIES/ETC.)

    2. Prepare accounts for Retention compliance. (UNDERTAKING/CONVERSION)

    3. Submit request in relation to hdmf process. (COA/TITLE PULL OUT/3% RETENTION/ETC.)

    4. Pick up available documents from hdmf. (NOA/LETTERS/ETC.)

    5. Acquisition of Payment Order Forms form hdmf (NEW ENTRY/DEV LOAN/TITLE REDEMPTION/ETC.)

    6. Submit and pick up for notary documents to Carpio Law Firm. (SPA/R.A./ETC.)

    7. Prepare Building and Occupancy Permit Request. (G1-G3 at the moment)

    8. Prepare Advance IR Request. (G1 at the moment)

    JOB SPECIFICATION:

    The candidate must be/have:

    A graduate of any business-related course

    At least 1-year experience in documentation work

    Basic knowledge of the business/industry

    Good oral and written communication skills

    Can work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per mon
