WORK LOCATION: CARMONA, CAVITE

1.0 Basic Purpose

1.1 To ensure continuous operation of the machine

1.2 To ensure products are of correct specifications

2.0 Duties and Responsibilities

Regular Duties

2.1 Handles processing of batch of antiperspirant and deodorant sticks.

2.2 Handles processing of batch of facial creams.

2.3 Checks completeness and correctness of raw materials before processing.

2.4 Fills out Process Sheets of every batch.

2.5 Handles transfer of processed bulk from Processing Area to filling Area.

2.6 Scans material labels of raw materials using RF scanner.

2.7 Cleans process vessels and drainage vessels and pipelines after processing.

2.8 Sets-up and operates assigned machine.

2.9 Adjusts machine setting, as necessary.

2.10 Monitors machine operation.

2.11 Checks process sheets and other production records.

2.12 Maintains cleanliness of the machine and work area.

2.13 Is responsible for borrowed tools.

2.14 Observes proper housekeeping and maintains safety in his work area.

2.15 Ensures company policies and procedures are strictly implemented.

Occasional Duties

2.16 Troubleshoots assigned machine.

2.17 Performs basic machine repair and preventive maintenance.

2.18 Performs the duties and responsibilities of dispensaryman in his absence.

2.19 Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Vocational
• 1 year of experience
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
