Offer description

Maintains and updates related purchasing records or data in the system (such as supplier information quotations and purchase orders)

Works closely with the team to ensure all requested work are acted upon and completed on time.

Assist in raising, processing and follow-up of purchase orders.

Maintain proper records and filling of all purchasing related documents.

Coordinate with and provide updates, establishes and maintains regular communication with internal customers and submits related reports as required by the superior.

Assists and performs other staff's tasks in case of absence

Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

College graduate of any 2- year or 4-year course.

With at least 6-months experience in similar capacity gained from electronics or semiconductors environment

Can work with minimum supervision.

With good interpersonal communication skills.

Can work with people at all levels of organization both internally and externally.

Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
