  • Qualifications:

    - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business course or in any field.

    - At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Procurement Specialist or equivalent

    - Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Canvassing, Purchasing, Inventory or equivalent.

    - Compile information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.

    - Processes purchase requisition and transact with accredited supplier in accordance with company standard procedures

    - Monitoring Purchase Requisition.

    - Processing of Purchase Order and Work Order.

    - Quality conscious and must have sense of urgency.

    - Adept in MS Excel worksheet and other MS Office tools.

    - Proven management skills and the ability to work well with people are essential.

    - Must be a team player, able to relate and coordinate well with all levels of the organization, self- motivated, - highly organized and resourceful.

    - Has positive working attitude.

    - Can start ASAP.
