  • Qualifications:

    - 1 year procurement experience

    - Has strong internet connection

    - Experience using any kind of database

    - Can work in BGC once required

    Job Description:

    1. Assist the Line Manager checking and verifying approved Purchase Requests (PRs) in the system and convert these into Purchase Orders (POs).

    2. Assist in sending bids to suppliers and negotiating the price with the winning bidder before issuing the PO.

    3. Support the business in finding the best possible suppliers by providing vendor assessment strategies, managing the new vendor selection process, and conducting performance appraisal of current vendors.

    4. Assist in initiating the preliminary accreditation of vendors and suppliers according to standard operating procedures.

    5. Assist the Line Manager in conducting the annual performance review of frequently tapped vendors and generate a preferred suppliers list.

    6. Support the KPI management of purchases for Pharma, Dia, DC and submit to the Region.
