  • Description

  • 1. Handle new and existing suppliers account

    2. Maintain a solid and long lasting business relationship with suppliers

    3. Place reorders of existing product line when needed.

    4. Negotiate price, order quantities, production time and payment terms.

    4. Monitor all on-going productions and make sure everything will finish smoothly according to plan.

    5. Be able to communicate and resolve minor suppliers issue effectively.

    6. Maintain an accurate data tracker using Gdrive, Excel Sheet and other softwares.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Windows, ERP, Communication and persuasion, Time Management, Negotiation, Organisation, Retail
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
