  • Manages activation of the customer’s product subscription. Ensuring that each account will be activated within the agreed execution time
    Facilitates setup assistance and configuration support per subscription
    Efficiently manage customer’s tickets by providing helpful solutions to their inquiries, concerns, assistance requests, and so forth through email or call meeting
    Collects customer feedback and product rating that will be useful for product and service improvement
    Communicate technical assistance, and manage resolution with principal provider
    Takes part in the development and enhancement planning by providing key insights for the improvement and growth of products and services
    Provide assistance in the process mapping and documentation required for process and product solution improvement, and product integration
    Candidate must possess at least any Bachelor’s Degree
    At least 3 - 5 years of Customer Service experience in either the BPO, IT, Retail/Consumer Product, Service delivery industries
