Roles and Responsibilities

- Previous backend website product management

- Maintain, manage upload, and edit website content like product images, pricing, product information, and copy

- Have direct relationships with our brands and suppliers to source website content for uploading and editing product pages

- Liaise directly with brands and suppliers on current promotions and offers and reflect this information online

- Have strong attention to detail with experience in managing large volumes of product information in Excel

- Add new and remove old products from the website

- Support the commercial and retail arms of the business

- Work in a timely and organized manner ensuring deadlines are met

- Complete data entry and content administration

- Ensure accuracy and compliance of website content

- Work with the development team to fix errors and improve websites

- Assist with onboarding new clients

- Collecting and entering data and ensuring accuracy

- Maintaining accurate records of valuable information

- Monitoring and understanding dataflows

- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in data

- Obtaining information to correct inaccurate records

- Testing dataflows

- Troubleshooting data errors

Required Experience

- Working with Neto (Maropost) website platform

- Importing product data into NetSuite

- Website integrations

Minimum Qualifications

- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any IT related field with an excellent academic record (fresh graduates are welcome)

A Successful Candidate Must Have

- Proficiency in all computer systems

- Attention to detail

- Basic computer troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work within time constraints
