  • Description



  • 1. Own the product roadmap and product performance metrics

    2. Initiate and drive research to identify opportunities and market trends

    3. Engage with customers to understand their pain points and their needs

    4. Prioritize ideas for development on the roadmap

    5. Develop proposals, business requirements and mock ups that define the product vision

    6. Manage a portfolio of projects through their development life cycle from idea generation to

    7. Develop launch plans and carry out post launch analyses

    8. Report performance metrics and progress to senior management

    Requirements

    1. Required to Work in Manila, Philippines

    2. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

    3. Required language(s): English

    4. Experienced in sportsbook product development and/or sports trading

    5. Strong analytical ability to translate analysis and ideas into actionable proposals

    6. Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment

    7. Expert level of Project management skills are essential

    8. Good communication skills at all levels of an organization

    9. Enjoy keeping up with latest technology

    BENEFITS

    1. 13th Month Pay

    • Given every 20th of December. Rate used is full monthly salary.

    • 1,000 pesos per month. Provided, that the employee is present in his/her workplace for the entire month. Availing leave, regardless if with pay or not, and having tardiness with disqualify the employee from availing such bonus. Provided, that there is a 10 minutes grace period for the employee for him to be considered late and disqualified.

    Premium Rates are as follows:

     Regular Holiday Pay +100% of daily rate

     Special Holiday Pay +30% of daily rate

     Rest Day Duty +130% of daily rate

     Regular Holiday on Rest Day +260% of daily rate

     Special Holiday on Rest Day +150% of daily rate

     Double Holiday +200%

     Double Holiday on Rest Day +260% of daily rate

     Night Differential +10% of hourly rate

    15. Government Mandated Benefits

    16. Accommodation

    • 4 pax per room, the employees require live in company dormitory who can’t go back to home during the epidemic, after then they can go back home according to their own decision.

    17. Shuttle Service

    • Shuttle service is provided to transport employees to their workplace and back to their dormitories.
