  • JOB DESCRIPTIONS

    1. Direct and coordinate, through supervisory personnel, activities of the production department in the baking of products, applying knowledge of production method, process, machines and equipment, plan layout and production capacity.

    2. Review production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan departmental operation.

    3. Plans production operation, establishing priorities and sequences for production, utilizing knowledge of production processes and method machine and equipment capabilities and human resource requirements.

    4. Prepares operational schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure that production and quality of products meets specification.

    5. Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, production and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.

    6. Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.

    7. Develops and revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
