Offer description

Duties and responsibilities:

Production scheduling & forecasting, accurate data entry of production

Material inventory management (i.e. days on hand, turnover, scrap control, finished goods, raw materials, etc.)

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

Oversee and coach employees

Ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance

Check production output according to specifications

Submit reports on performance and progress

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

Train new employees on how to safely use machinery/equipment and follow procedures

Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Manage all shipping/receiving functions through active involvement

Develop and maintain all import and export products including customs, etc.

Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Graduate

With at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing company

Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role

Experience in using various types of manufacturing reporting

With engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
