Industry/Business: Production management of printed circuit board assembly plant

Work location: Cavite (inside PEZA)

Working hours: 8:00-18:30

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays (Philippine calendar), about 100 days a year

*Working on Saturdays as overtime and holidays

Recruitment position: Production Supervisor

Production control supervisor candidate depending on experience and skill level

Years of experience in recruitment positions: 3+ years

Employment requirements:

Basic specifications:

College graduate, conversational level English, Tagalog

Business experience: Experience in factory production management work, ready-to-work ability in production management work

Character image: Communication skills and tenacity to cooperate with production and related departments

Business content: Production plan creation, production progress follow-up, parts arrangement status follow-up, etc.

Salary: 18,000-30,000 PHP (depending on experience level)

Welfare/Benefits:

Transportation expenses, 5 days of paid leave/year, 5 days of paid sick leave/year (add 1 day each year)

*Up to 20 days/year in a total of paid leave and paid sick leave

Rice supply, position allowance, uniform loan, SSS, insurance, PAG IBIG, Philhealth, etc.

Office look/atmosphere: A large office with about 50 people, with a production control department and a procurement department, an atmosphere where you can ask your colleagues and superiors casually, and the production site is adjacent

Number of employees: Approximately 400 (4 Japanese expatriates, others are basically Filipinos)

Recruitment process: document review, interview 2-3 times (manager, factory manager, president in English)
