Improves work knowledge and personal development of its workforce thru monitoring and evaluation of individual performance and constant communication to team member, individually or by group to resolve issues and to give feedback for improvement.

Monitors the Automated Visual Inspection process and ensures that correct machine program, inspection type, method, and standard is carried out for all lots.

Facilitates GR&R study on AVI machines to gauge the defect detection capability of each machine.

Conducts machine trial within the section as per request by immediate superior.

Conducts minor troubleshooting and continually checks the relevance of the programs available on the machine whenever quality problem arises.

Reports directly to Production/Engineering Head any trouble that may occur on the AVI Machines and in the process.

Assists in planning and scheduling of product subject for inspection based on manpower and machine capacity.

Monitors production status and ensures meeting of production deadlines and reports to immediate superior any problems or delays in the schedule and suggests appropriate solution.

Lead the group in conducting Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action for every Non-conformance encountered in the process.

Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of corrective actions and other identified improvement for potential failure.

Identifies potential abnormalities or problems that may arise in the process and provides action to contain the problem through SWOT/Opportunity Log/FMEA/Risk Registry Log.

Prepares necessary reports (CQI, Mancom, Management Review etc).

Monitors the overall work and overtime schedule.

Educates and monitors the performance of newly hired employees during training period.

Communicates production concerns with other section Engineers to clarify and resolve issues.

Monitors and safekeeps documents and records.

Supports the management in the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations.

Implements 5S in the working area.

Performs limited complex task/work under close supervision of higher level Engineer and immediate superior.

Performs other related functions as may be assigned by immediate superior.
