Job Specifications: With strong leadership and experience in Plastic Injection Molding and manage all operational activities including mold processing, machine maintenance, and tool maintenance and repair.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Over-All In-charge in the Production Section of Injection, Printing and Assy. Manage the overall activities of the molding department including but not limited to production, processing, machine maintenance and tool maintenance and repair.

Direct and coordinate planning and scheduling of molding manufacturing with the General Manager to consistently meet expected product delivery schedules and inventory levels.

Responsible for assuring the efficient use of materials, machines, molds, auxiliary equipment and employees.

Perform mold set up and color changes to meet production demands as needed.

Set molding process parameters to ensure product meets dimensional and quality requirements.

Provide technical assistance to molding technicians and operators. Maintain employee performance review, training, development and disciplinary programs.

Assure compliance to all molding area related procedures, policies and work instructions.

Coordinate outside repair and sourcing for tooling and machines.

Reviews production performance based on output, rejects and delivery via Production and Material control.

Initiates activities to minimize rejects, improve yield output and minimize costs

Designs, formulates, plans and analyze Company programs, policies and procedures necessary for production section and its activities.

Interface, negotiate and resolve with other departments, customers and suppliers regarding quality and production related concerns

Prepare and Review Monthly report concerning on Production Achievement Efficiency; Operational Rate; Defect Rate : Production Performance; Material losses thru rejected pieces; Manpower costing; OT Costing Analysis and others.

Monitor Process status of Injection Machine and its peripheral equipment Do time and Motion for process improvement to increase the production output

Job Qualifications:

More than 10 years of experience in production and operation at a minimum of 50 units Injection molding machines.

Experienced in operating an organization with more than 300 production workers

Experienced in operating 100T-1000T injection machines Experienced in operating the product for cosmetics parts, mechanical parts, and automotive parts

Person who can establish production plan versus result

Person who can analyze manufacturing costs

Those with experience in achieving and implementing KPIs related to manufacturing [material cost, productivity, labor cost] LEAN production experience

Experienced in TPM NPI-experienced 6 SIGMA_GB or higher Preferably with Driver's license

Injection Molding experience a must.

Must possess a diversified background with strong technical, business, and managerial skills.
