At least Jr. Supervisor or 3 years and up experience in the same field

Attended several trainings related to production process and supervisory training

Background in planning of production requirements (manpower, machine, , material, method)

Good interpersonal relation and negotiation skills

Good leadership and supervisory skills

Willing to work in Sto Tomas, Batangas
