    Candidate must be at least a graduate of 2-year technical course

    Can handle various Electrical/Mechanical tools

    Hand-eye coordination in adjusting the machines

    Can work beyond work hours, willing to render overtime


    To ensure that all equipment in the Pre-Cleaning, Wheat Handling and Storage, Cleaning and Tempering, and Milling Sections are properly adjusted and is working properly for optimum performance and produced per product quality and Food Safety standards. Works closely with other Department such as Engineering and Maintenance, Quality Control/Assurance, Warehouse, Accounting and Finance, Production Planner, and Production co-team members.


    - Handle Receiving of Wheat operations, Wheat Pre-Cleaning, Wheat Cleaning and Tempering and Milling operations and expeditiously acts on problems encountered.

    - Accomplish all operation checklists provided

    - Monitor machinery and operational parameters

    - Monitor blowing condition and operate the flour transfer as required. Operate the screenings grinding system properly.

    - Ensure stable and smooth operations

    - Prepare sieve assembly needed as spares

    - Regularly check the performance of the mill and compare it to the set standard parameters. Initiate corrective actions if those standards are not being met.

    - Perform sampling or as per advice by the Miller for the Laboratory analysis

    - Review all results of analysis given by the QA, initiate adjustments when needed

    - Make flour volume estimates by deeping of all bins accurately.

    - Coordinate with the maintenance group regarding plant shutdown or machine breakdown.

    - Report any unusual events or situation pertaining to operation to the Miller. Recommend and suggest ways on improving efficiency.

    - Personally monitor the maintenance of good sanitation, personal hygiene, and pest control activities within the mill.

    - Monitor attendance records, give feedback and coaching to all subordinates under his shift.

    - Ensures 5-S, GMP, Food Safety, and Safety practices are practiced in the workplace.

    - Assists in performing scheduled SSOP and other cleaning activities.

    - Ensure additives inventory and proper dosing is carried out.

    - Perform Mill Flowrates such as Flour, Bran, Screenings and Water as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

    - Perform fixed asset monitoring to include ladders, push carts, tools and others as required by the Production Supervisor.

    - Updating of Monthly Milling Consumables

    - Perform other functions or special projects that may be assigned by the Production Supervisor.
