1. Graduate of ECE/EE/ME/CoE/IE Course
2. Must have at Least 4-5 years Supervisory Position Experience in a
wiring harness / electronic assembly company.
3. Must have 20/20 vision and must PASS Color Blind test.
4. Physically and Mentally fit
5. Willing to relocate in Bataan
6. Previous employment in a Japanese Company is an advantage.
7. Computer Literate (Excel, Power Point, MS Word)
8. Knowledge in KANBAN/JIT System is an advantage.
9. Must have Knowledge and Experience in ISO IMS Compliance
10. Willing to work in shifting schedule
