Graduate of any Engineering Degree

With at least five years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing set-up specializing production and engineering

With high skills in planning, leading, organizing, and controlling a Team

Excellent decision making skills, strong leadership and communication proficiency

Develops, evaluates and assists in the direction of improving processes for all production activities including evaluation, creation and revision of systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control and implementing change.

Implement initiatives to achieve team targets relating to Quality, Cost and Delivery.

Manage on-going cost reduction and continuous improvement programs to reduce manufacturing expenses and labor cost.
