JOB DESCRIPTION

PwC Acceleration Center Manila’s Transformation Assurance team is looking for Program & Project Management Specialists to join our fast growing team and provide independent assurance and advice on major transformation projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree holder

- Background in project/program management or business analysis

- Skilled in proactively identifying project risks

- Hold an understanding of project management methodologies (preferably with Agile, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, BABOK, or a similar certification)

- Comfortable being part of Program and Portfolio reviews

- Collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Analyst: 2 to 3 years experience

- Senior Analyst: 3 to 4 years experience

- Supervisor: 5 to 6 years experience

- Manager: 7 years or more experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as a trusted advisor to project sponsors, program directors and executives in relation to programs of work and transformation activity

- Help our clients gain confidence that key transformation projects and programs are aligned to their strategic outcomes, are on track and deliver the required quality of output

- Support the broader assurance team in identifying and managing clients risks

- Coach and mentor junior colleagues and building internal relationships
