    Job Title: Program Manager

    Location: BGC, Taguig

    Salary: Competitive, Dependent on experience

    Shift Schedule: Night Shift

    Job Summary:

    As a Program Manager, you will be a key member of the Program Management Office and will be responsible for the effective delivery of business results by driving the creation and execution of project and program management practices within the Network Financial Management Team in Manila.

    The Program Manager’s decisions, recommendations and actions will impact the timeliness of implementation and go live of a team that caters to a new or existing process that is being redesigned to be much more efficient.

    The Program Manager will be working with Operations and OPEX to create a model of efficiency and recommendations made by the PM/PMO is driven towards targeted results that affects efficiency, financial goals and consistency of service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years Project or Program Management Experience

    • 3-5+ years in Healthcare BPO/related field of experience

    • 3-5+ years successfully managing process improvement projects and transitions and working with operation/operations teams.

    • Project Management Professional: PMP Certification Strongly Preferred

    • Lean Six Sigma Trained and Certified

    • Proficiency in working with large-scale business data, requirements writing, and business analysis

    • Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel a must advance skillset

    • Effective oral and written communication skills
