Offer description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work with established clients to help coordinate ongoing projects

· Meet as a team several times a week to discuss developments and get grounded

· Check emails, receiving client materials, uploading them to the right place, updating action lists

· Maintain records in the project management system

· Monitor and oversee the project and ensure client success

Must Haves:

4+ years experience working in an Admin and Project Management role

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills

· Strong computer skills using Google workspace: Drive, Documents, Sheets, Slides (sharing, collaborating, formatting)

· Project coordination experience with a professional services firm, preferably an ad agency, marketing, PR or design firm

· Positive attitude and pleasant disposition

· Can work in US time zone

· Can start ASAP

· Disciplined, reliable and professional

Nice To Haves:

· Experience with a creative company, design studio

· Project management software knowledge (we use a program called Hive)

· Ability to "think ahead" and predict what the consequences/impacts are of actions & decisions

Home Office Requirements:
