  • Responsibilities:

    .• Conducts coaching, gives assistance to the agents, monitoring the stats and making sure agents are following the protocol .

    • Responsible for taking client and quality assessments in order to come up with an action plan on how to coach and train each agent.

    • Effectively handles calls, follow-ups or escalations for agents.

    • Ensures that the team is adequately manned at all shifts.

    Qualifications:

    Project Managers with PMP certifications

    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    • Strong Leadership skills

    • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills

    • Superior problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills

    • Must be a Team Player, process driven with strong interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    • Must be willing to work in shifts and/or on weekends

    • Must be able to start ASAP

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
