  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objective
    - Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
    - Accountable on following up the authorized representative of the clients which includes but not limited to the required documents
    - Provides help on preparing project proposals, setting timeframes, schedule and budget
    - Monitor and track project’s progress and must handle any issue that may arise
    - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
    - Act as the point of contact and communication project status adequately to all participants

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
    - A commitment to excellent customer service
    - Excellent communication and coordinating skills
    - Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients and suppliers.
    - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PPT and Excel
    - Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
    - Good in prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    - Experience in sales and events coordinating is a plus

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
