  • Job Summary:

    Administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
    -Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
    -Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects.
    -Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
    -Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to the team.
    -Dispatch vehicle

    Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

    -Graduate of Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
    -At least 1-2 years’ experience in project coordination preferably on IT Infrastructure projects
    -Experience in government transactions and process
