- Create & Maintain Subcontractor Safety Documents

- Create & Distribute Welcome Letter & Submittal Request Letter

- Process RFIs

- Process Submittals

- Create Meeting Agenda

- Process Meeting Minutes (Weekly OAC Meeting, Coordination Meeting, etc)

- Create & Maintain Closeout & Owner Training Log

- Create & Distribute Closeout Letter

- Create & Issue Closeout Letter

- Create Digital Closeout (Folder Structure, Project Directory, As-builts, Operations & Maintenance Manual)

- Create, maintain, and distribute Punch List Log

Required Experience

- 1-year minimum combined work experience in building construction and estimating

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction related field

A Successful Candidate must have

- Speaking, reading, and writing fluently in English

- Keen attention to detail

- Multi-tasking ability to prioritize effectively to meet all deadlines

Proficient with

- Reading construction plans, drawings, and specifications Project Management

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)

- BlueBeam

- Box

- CMiC

- PlanGrid
