Offer description

Provide assistance to their supervisor in handling big projects for their timely completion and proper cost control
Handle projects under sub-contractors or handle small projects directly
Prepare work schedules and will take charge in matters concerning material requisitions, delivery schedules, and proper tools and equipment compliments
Coordinate with the owner's representative regarding issues and problems at job sites in connection with the installation work
Assist the department in collection efforts
Perform other installation-related tasks from time to time
Graduate with BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with a license
Must have excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and Filipino languages Preferably with experience in project management of HVAC works
Must be computer literate
AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
