  • Basic Qualifications:

    • College degree holder of any business course.

    • Fresh graduates or with at least 2 years of experience in the same field

    • Proficient in MS Office applications.

    • With good interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.

    • Can relate to all levels of people in the organization.

    • Can manage time strictly to meet project deadlines.

    • Can work under pressure, results-oriented, and with initiative.

    Project Librarian/Technical Assistant will be responsible for the following:

    1. The Project Librarian is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the project library and performing analytical assignments including (but not limited to) records management and deliverable management support tasks.

    2. Establish and maintain the organization project documents and record and ensure that these are accurately filed as per the Standard Project Filing System of the organization as detailed in the Quality Management System.

    3. Develops, implements, and maintains the project’s libraries

    4. Manages tools, databases, and processes that support both the electronic and hardcopy libraries.

    5. Ensures that current project filing and documentation (hard and soft copy) including both for QS and PM/CM comply with our Quality Management System.

    6. Ensures that site filing and documentation comply with our Quality Management System.

    7. Coordinate regularly with PQS’s and TA’s for the lists of unturned-over files under their custody.

    8. Responsible for the proper coding, recording, retrieval, and traceability of all organization correspondences, memoranda, and project files as outlined in the Control of Documented Information Procedure.

    9. Performs periodic audits on documents held in the project site's repository and PQS’s custody.

    10. Assists in the monitoring and resolution of issues and risks associated with the documentation process.

    11. Ensure that all documents of external origin/source are identified, routed, appropriately filed, properly stored, and disposed of, when not needed after project closure, under the direct supervision of the Documents Control Custodian.

    12. Responsible for following, complying, and implementing the RLB Quality Management System (ISO) as to filing, documentation, and control.

    13. Receive and file all QS related project documents following the QS Division’s standard filing system

    14. Receive and record grades of KPI of all QS reports

    15. Update and generate KPI Monitoring Report monthly

    16. Attend to telephone calls and documents to be sent and received thru fax and e-mails.

    17. Assist in following up with contractor/s and/or suppliers

    18. Receive and file documents of the Vice President for QS Operations.

    19. In-charge of monitoring, ordering (request), and coordinating office supplies and equipment.

    20. Other functions that management requires.
