  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ·

    Assist in the due diligence on existing contracting processes

    · Document as-is processes, contract types, contract samples, and other items in the due diligence documentation package

    · Assist in the analysis of collected DD information vs Future-state process to identify gaps versus Future-state process

    · Assist in the collection of local market’s SOPs and Policies and compare versus global policies

    · Assist in the identification of localizations needed and suggest solutions.

    · Map future state changes and localizations and prepare documentation

    · Assist in the preparation of training requirements and cut-over plans

    · May perform other duties as needed by the Contracting implementation team

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.

    At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Project Management Associate/Coordinator

    Has an experience in creating process map and/or process flow chart

    Highly proficient in using MS Excel including Pivot Table/V-Look Up/Concatenation/Formula

    Has excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills

    Very organize/detail oriented/can work in a fast pace working environment

    Applicants must be willing to work in Bicutan,Parañaque.

    Willing to be hired for a Project base employment for six (6) months

    TARGET START DATE: FEBRUARY 10, 2020
