About the Role
As a Real Estate Assistant Acquisitions and Project Manager, you will effectively review properties to acquire, and manage multiple projects as well as internal and external relationships, expectations, and requests.
You will have acquisition quotas in Washington and Georgia and a small team will help you sustain and grow this position fast. With 2+ acquisitions and remodels per month. 4-6 Properties in WA per year & 6-10 Properties in GA per year.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Evaluate the risk of acquiring residential real estate, resale, markets, project marketability, remodeling budgets, and value-add strategy
- Experience or are willing to learn the details of transactional due diligence, including financial, and evolving best practices in organizational acquisition and remodel standards, real estate documents
- Manage and perform due diligence on asset quality and conditions in competitive market conditions.
- Own this role by using standard acquisition models
- Calculate ROIs, online real estate due diligence (such as market studies, appraisals, property condition reports, zoning & title) to managing the transition of acquired properties
- Hiring, vetting, and holding accountable your construction teams
- Collaborate with operations and construction departments to ensure the property’s success in the resale market
- Follow the servant leadership 5-step model - LLR Corporate book
- Utilize technology to process properties for inspections
- On-call for emergencies
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in acquisitions, business development, and working with general contractors
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or another related field
- Extensive Microsoft Excel modeling skills
- Experience in US Real Estate is a plus
