  • Primary Role:

    • BPO Project Management , Business Analysis, Stakeholder/Client Management and Coordination

    • Project Initiation and Delivery: preparation, sharing of project updates and reports

    • Adjusts communication style to the level appropriate to the audience. Communicate and negotiate with others to resolve complex or sensitive issues for smooth delivery of projects.

    • Project Planning, Monitoring and Tracking

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Business Management or equivalent

    • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end Project Management in BPO company

    • Skills/Tools: CPO/Health Care BPO, BPO Project Management, Transition Management, Client/Stakeholder Coordination, MS Visio, MS Excel

    • CPO (Clinical Process Outsourcing/Healthcare BPO), or any BPO project background is a must

    • Must have experience in dealing with US and Internal stakeholders

    • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

    • Work from home until further notice but must be amenable to work in Taguig City once onsite operations resumed
