  • Duties and responsibilities
    1. Plan and oversee implementation of design for construction and maintenance projects.
    2. Consult with clients and company representatives to direct project development, ensuring best quality of work is applied
    3. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and other managerial aspects of project.
    4. Selects and recommends subcontractors needed for project subject to the approval of the President
    5. Ensures that safety guidelines are adhered to by the company at all times
    6. Ensures that deliverables are met on time
    7. Define project scope, goals and deliverables
    8. Define project tasks and resource requirements
    9. Develop full scale project plans
    10. Formulate strategy and direction, develop business model, product roadmap and monetization potential
    11. Manage the project resource plan and budget
    12. Manage project issues, risks and actions
    13. Manage the development of appropriate documentation required by the projects
    14. Manage project resource allocation
    15. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
    16. Quality assurance
    17. Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
    18. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
    19. Project evaluations and assessment of results
    20. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    21. Coordinate with external stakeholders (including members and vendors) to ensure project delivery


    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
    2. Must possess a Professional Board License
    3. Minimum 5 years work experience in related field
    4. Highly skilled in estimating, carrying out quality control, creating employee schedules and project completion schedules, reviewing designs, and creating proposals
    5. Above average written and verbal communication skills
    6. Any additional Project Management Certifications will be considered and advantage
    7. In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures
    8. Hands on experience in budgeting and reporting
    9. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    10. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
    11. Keen to details
    12. Proactive problem solver
