  • Job Summary

    The job holder is responsible in planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The job holder will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

    Qualifications / Work Experience:

    • With at least 15 years of experience as a Construction Manager

    • Handled infrastructure projects (at least warehouse projects)

    • Handled infrastructure projects with contract cost at least 100M contact amount

    • With experience in lowrise and highrise buildings

    Job Duties

    • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

    • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

    • Develop full- scale project plans and associated communications documents.

    • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

    • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

    • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tolls.

    • Track project milestones and deliverables.

    • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

    • Performs other related duties as required and/or as assigned by the supervisor/management

    Work Condition

    • Report to office Monday to Saturday. Overtime may be required in meeting project deadlines.

    • Physically able to participate in training session, presentations and meetings.

    • Some travels may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel / management.

    • Relocation to project site may be required depending on the needs of the project.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 10
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
