• Summary of Functions:

    The Project Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of the housing projects.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Pursues possible properties to be acquired by the company;

    2. Secures all the documentation needed for the property acquired;

    3. Prepares construction methodology for the development of newly acquired property;

    4. Coordinates with LGU’s for permits and other concerns;

    5. Conducts inspections for the on-going project development;

    6. Prepares reports for the Management related to the on-going project(s) and gives recommendations/solutions for issues that will arise and;

    7. Scouts a legitimate broker/marketing firm for business opportunity regarding the developed project.


    1. Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.

    2. Must have at least 10 to 15 years’ work experience in the related field.

    3. The candidate must possess the following qualities:

    a. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

    b. Managerial and organizational skills

    c. Good communication skills

    d. Leadership skills
