  • The Consultant must be able to:

    - Own end to end project management plan - Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor, Control and Completion or Closure of project

    - Understand the Transition plan, focus on timelines and assumptions & seek clarifications if any

    - Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

    - Project Planning - estimating timelines, costs, resource requirements and execution

    - Conduct detailed Transition Planning in accordance with defined service go-live commitments

    - Create detailed RACI matrix at the Planning stages with all cross-functional team members

    - Track day-to-day tasks as per project plan, highlight risks & put in place mitigation action plans

    - Establish governance and meeting cadence with customers and cross-functional teams

    - Validate output by functions before it is sent to the customer, e.g.: Training plans, SOP tracker etc.

    - Prepare Tollgate report-out docs & own completion of all Tollgate deliverables including travel and site readiness (if applicable)

    - Escalate pending activities as per communication plan & escalation matrix for the project

    - Maintain action, issue, risk logs and keep the teams updated about changes in status through proactive communication

    - Coordinate with customer PMO – on dependencies, risks & issues

    - Manage relationships with the customer stakeholders & also internal teams throughout

    - Act as a coach and trusted advisor for the clients in the Transition/migration journey and sales cycle

    - Support the TL in running Transition workshops – both for internal stakeholders and clients

    - Schedule calls as per governance matrix and prepare materials for calls as relevant

    - Conduct Transition Planning in accordance to defined process go live commitments.

    - Work with client project Manager and WNS teams to ensure that all contractual milestones and deliverables

    Skill Required

    o The ideal candidate will have minimum of 8 years of overall experience in Transitions & Project Management within a BPO setting. (with end-to-end experience in project management planning - Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control and Completion or closure of project)

    o Should be able to work on transition solution in terms of cost, plan and transition/mitigation strategy

    o Excellent collaboration capabilities to work closely with business leaders and understand their needs/participate in solution identification

    o Ability to operate in demanding environment with regards to deadline and timelines

    o Ability to create first level transition plan and cost (including summary view of costs as per requirement)

    o Strong communication skills verbal and written required
