Duties & Responsibilities

Primarily focuses on how promoters will achieve their sellout target by implementing activities to increase Promoter efficiency thru effective Promoter Management. The job requires managing Trade Coordinators, Promoters will conduct trainings both technical and selling, implementing monetary and non-monetary motivational programs and above all ensuring that the products are strategically displayed and promoted well in outlet shops.

Qualification:

· Team Management – for ensuring that the Trade Coordinators are executing their job properly.

· Critical Thinking – for evaluation of shops and Promoters to make necessary actions.

· Creative Thinking – for creating creative trainings as well as programs to motivate the promoters and Trade Coordinators

· With strong background in Training and Development for at least two (2) years of experience.

· Graduate of Business related courses

· At least two (2) years’ experience in Trade Marketing

· At least two (2) straight years’ experience in handling sales front liners (Promoters)
