  • Qualifications:

    -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
    -Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) functionalities.
    -With excellent communication skills.
    -Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
    -Willing to work as RELIEVER.
    -Applicants must be willing to work in Boracay (Aklan).

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    -Check and validate personal reimbursement.
    -Ensure completeness and correctness of attachments supporting the reimbursements, with the required approval signatures.
    -Communicate with concerned requesting departments on issues affecting reimbursements.
    -Process the reimbursements within the required time frame.
    -Maintains proper and efficient filing of documents.
    -Delivery of accounting related documents to different third parties.
