  • FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Property Custodian is an individual who has the accountability for the general supervision of all acquired properties, equipment and materials of the company. Responsible for the production, distribution and control of hospital forms and ID.

    1. Ensure the monitoring and safekeeping of office supply, equipments, inventory, materials and other supplies and maintaining its adequate supply in hospital.

    2. Responsible in checking of deliveries to property storeroom for safekeeping and proper storage.

    3. Distinguish and determine excessive and wasteful use of office supplies and materials.

    4. Responsible in issuance of requisition slip to all departments as well as the custody, monitoring and safekeeping of all used requisition slip for future references.

    5. Monitoring, updating and recording any endorsed collateral from the credit and collection department.

    6. Responsible for the production and distribution of different hospital forms and its adequate supply to the Department.

    7. Responsible for the production of hospital ID.

    8. Maintain Cleanliness and orderliness at Property department at all times.

    9. Responsible in checking of equipment that are for pull-out, transfer, and condemn.

    10. Attends and participates in meetings and seminars.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
